Bespoke Training in Rural Italy
Are you looking for a unique learning experience that combines tailored tuition with complete immersion in the beauty of the Italian countryside?
This bespoke training may be exactly what you’ve been searching for.
Would you like to refine your stone-setting skills? Perhaps you need guidance bringing your designs to life — or maybe you’re right at the beginning and looking to build a strong foundation in traditional, old-school bench work.
This bespoke training is centred entirely around you: your needs, your goals, and your creative vision (within reason, of course!). Together, we can shape a learning experience that is truly tailored to you — and designed to help you grow with confidence.
1 to 1 Tailored Tuition
This bespoke training takes place in my private workshop in rural Northern Italy — a place that continually inspires me. Located near the small and architecturally rich town of Crema (also famous for its delicious gelato), we are surrounded by the wide green fields of the Lombardy plains.
Life here moves at a gentler pace, and it’s common to see people travelling everywhere by bicycle, thanks to the area’s beautifully flat and open landscape.
And for those who love the energy of the city, we are also perfectly positioned — just around 40 km from iconic destinations such as Milan, Bergamo, and Brescia.
In the Rural North of Italy
This is not a school, but my private workshop — with two benches: one for me, and one for you. Despite its intimate setting, it is fully equipped with everything needed for traditional jewellery making.
This is a truly hands-on experience, favouring old-school, one-to-one learning, with practical guidance every step of the way.
The Workshop
There are many accommodation options during your time in Crema, from hotels to Airbnbs. However, if you’d like the full immersive experience, there is also the possibility to stay with us in our home for the duration of your studies.
This is a true family-home experience, where you would become part of daily life here in Italy. You would have room and board, enjoy traditional Italian home cooking, and still have the independence to prepare your own meals or explore the many wonderful local restaurants.
Please note that this option may not be suitable for those with allergies or who are not comfortable around animals, as we share our home with both cats and dogs.
This accommodation is offered on a case-by-case basis and is not always available, but can be discussed when planning your course.
